Big news, sports fans! A brand new sports complex is opening just down the road in Lebanon, featuring five soccer fields—two synthetic, three natural turf, and all lit up for those epic evening games. The grand opening kicks off in late April, so start dusting off those cleats! It may not be in MJ, but hey, we’ll claim it anyway. Click here for more info.

After that run of showers, we better see some serious May flowers—and hopefully, a little curb appeal magic for anyone thinking about listing their home! The spring market is officially here, and whether you're considering selling now or closer to summer, just know you'll be facing some competition.

While new listings are down 11% year over year, active listings are up 48% compared to this time last year. That increase has pushed our months of supply up about 20%, but we’re still sitting under 3 months—which keeps us in seller market territory… for now.
