McFarland Farms Groundbreaking

Whatever side of the “growth is or is not good for MJ” debate you’re on, it’s happening. The groundbreaking for this mixed use space with 650 homes and 35,000 sq feet of commercial property took place last Friday. The buzz always looks for a silver lining and we like that there’s at least plans for an amphitheater and a new lake for community events. More info can be found here.

I’ve been busy these past few weeks creating video walkthroughs for out-of-state buyers—and honestly, it’s one of my favorite parts of the job.

Even though some say Middle TN is “full,” people are still moving here every day, and I love being able to offer something that makes their transition a little easier.
