It’s time for the annual Halloween Sip n’ Shop! This year, they are traveling back to the 70s and channeling Three’s Company characters. Come dressed as your favorite character from the show and receive a free gift with purchase.

Capitol Singer-Songwriter Series - Capitol Theater - Thursday, October 10th - 7PM - PM

Craftfare Before Christmas - Mt Juliet Community Center - Saturday, October 12th - 10AM - 4 PM

It might feel like fall, but it's never too early to start thinking about the holiday season! Craftfare Before Christmas will feature over 80 craft booths filled with unique, handmade items, delicious food trucks, and special appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus. Shiloh Music’s Spooktacular 50th Anniversary Celebration - Charlie Daniels Park - Saturday, October 12th - 10AM - 5PM

Come out to Charlie Daniels Park for a hauntingly good time as we celebrate 50 years of Shiloh Music Center! Enjoy live music from 12PM to 5 PM, and don’t forget to bring a new, unwrapped toy to support Give A Little Christmas and spread holiday cheer to those in need.

Fire Watch Foundation is a local organization, whose mission is to help bridge the gap between first responders and the mental health resources they need. Started by Mt Juliet resident Amy Hudson, she has seen first hand the toll that those in the line of duty endure. More information about this organization can be found here. One immediate way to help, is by dropping off candy to be handed out at their upcoming events. Keeping it brief this week since we just updated on Tuesday: the Mt. Juliet market is still under three months of inventory. While that's quite low, the gaps in available homes are noteworthy. Currently, there are about 50 three-bedroom homes priced under $500k, but that number drops to around 18 when you look at the $400k range. We still lack enough inventory in this price range. If your home is valued around $400-450k, now could be an excellent time to consider selling.
