šVolunteer Opportunity
Fire Watch Foundation is a local organization, whose mission is to help bridge the gap between first responders and the mental health resources they need. Started by Mt Juliet resident Amy Hudson, she has seen first hand the toll that those in the line of duty endure. More information about this organization can be found here. One immediate way to help, is by dropping off candy to be handed out at their upcoming events. You may arrange a time to drop off with Amy at [email protected] or by helping clear their amazon wish list.

šMJ Real Estate Update
Keeping it brief this week since we just updated on Tuesday: the Mt. Juliet market is still under three months of inventory. While that's quite low, the gaps in available homes are noteworthy. Currently, there are about 50 three-bedroom homes priced under $500k, but that number drops to around 18 when you look at the $400k range. We still lack enough inventory in this price range. If your home is valued around $400-450k, now could be an excellent time to consider selling.
If you have any questions about the real estate market here in Mt. Juliet or anywhere else in Middle TN, feel free to reach out. I'd love the opportunity to earn your business!
