Heads Up - MJHS Parade Friday Morning
Friday, September 27th is the MJHS Homecoming Parade-which means traffic will be affected during that time. Starting at 8:25AM and lasting for 30-45 minutes, Woodridge Place (from Mt Juliet Rd to Golden Bear Gateway) and Golden Bear Gateway (from Vanner Rd to Stonehollow Way) will be closed. Feel free to come out and join the fun, but also plan ahead if youāre trying to make youāre way through the area ;)

If yoga is what youāre looking for, you have options! Billy Goat Cafe and Mt Juliet Yoga Ministries have paired up to bring you Yahweh and Yoga on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 5:30AM outside of the cafe. Click here for more information.
And if hot yoga is more your thing, Unity Yoga, located in S Mt Juliet, is under new ownership and offering more classes as well as membership and class pass sales and discounts. They will be hosting an open house on October 5th from 2-5PM. More info on that event can be found here!

Wilson Rides Fundraising Event
Tickets are still available for the Sips & Sounds of September fundraising event on September 27th. All proceeds will go towards Wilson Rides, a local non-profit that provides rides to seniors 55+ who no longer drive, or seldom drive in Wilson County. šMJ Real Estate Update
All week Iāve been getting the same question: "Are you seeing more activity in the market?" The short answer is yes. Over the past two weeks, Iāve noticed a lot of movement, with multiple listings that sat over the summer now seeing a steady stream of showings. Thereās definitely a shift happening, and with last weekās announcement about the Fed rate cut, I expect even more buyers to enter the market.
Here in Mt. Juliet, weāre still facing limited inventory, so itāll be interesting to see how the increased buyer activity impacts demand going forward.
