Mark your calendars for September 14th and plan to join us at Breeden's Orchard for Apple Fest! The mt juliet buzz team will be there as a vendor, and we’d love to meet you. Enjoy live music, fantastic food, and apple-themed demonstrations. Don’t miss the Caramel Apple Bar, gourmet caramel apples, apple cider slushies, and fun games like pie-eating contests and donuts on a string. It's the perfect opportunity to support both local businesses and incredible live music right here in our own backyard!

Currently, Mt. Juliet has a 2.61 Months Supply of Inventory. This means that if no new homes were listed, it would take just over two and a half months to sell all the homes on the market. Over the past year, we've seen a -15.53% drop in inventory, making it a competitive market for both buyers and sellers. The median days on market is 51, meaning homes are selling relatively quickly and the median sold price in Mount Juliet is $580,000, reflecting the area's continued growth.
