Big night in Lebanon this Wednesday! The City of Lebanon Sports Complex (1455 Murfreesboro Rd.) is officially opening its doors. Join the ribbon-cutting at 6 PM, then stick around for football + soccer games at 6:30 PM. Expect giveaways, concessions, food trucks, and photo ops with Titans mascot T-Rac and Nashville SC’s Tempo the Coyote.

Meet Denise Eimerman, owner of Core Massage & Wellness right here in Mt. Juliet. Denise has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and recently added NASM-certified personal training to her services. Her passion? Helping clients reduce chronic pain, increase mobility, and recover from injuries or surgeries.

Core offers therapeutic massage (including medi-cupping), personal training focused on injury prevention and recovery, plus new services like tuning forks, chakra balancing, foam rolling, sound baths and meditation classes — all designed to help you move and feel better.
