Calabria Italian Kitchen | 1209 N Mt Juliet Rd | Remodeled and rebranding from Brick Oven Pizzeria to high end Italian kitchen. Officially reopened it’s doors Monday, August 16th at 4pm!

Happy to report that Old Lebanon Dirt Rd between N Mt Juliet Rd and East Division Street is open and ready for traffic…

We sat in on a community development update last week (so you didn’t have to 😉) and got a closer look at several projects currently in the works around Mt. Juliet. You’ve probably heard plenty about McFarland Farms off of Old Lebanon Dirt Rd, but there are a few others we think are worth having on your radar.

TREYMOR | Benders Ferry Road

This one is planned for 349 single-family homes. Plans include a pool and cabana, pickleball courts, trails, a dog park, playground, fire pit, BBQ area and more. The first phase is expected to begin opening toward the end of September, with additional phases to follow.

ROSEMONT | Benders Ferry Road

A very different type of development. Rosemont is planned as a gated community of just 26 completely custom homesites, with multiple custom builders. Homes will have a 4,500 sq. ft. minimum.

THE SUTTON | Golden Bear Gateway

This is one we’ll definitely be keeping an eye on. The roughly 78-acre project is planned as a mixed-use development with residential and commercial components. One detail that caught our attention during the presentation: plans include a grocery store. 👀
