Need to Know Before You Go
🎡 60+ rides, 15 stages, and every fried food you can imagine. PLEASE tag us in your favorite finds so we can share!
👜 Clear bags only (max 12″×6″×12″) + metal detectors at the gate.
🚗 Free parking on-site or hop a free shuttle from Cumberland University. Preferred parking = $10/day.
🎟️ Riding everything? Get your Mega Ticket before opening day. Saturday arm bands for unlimited rides are no longer available - so Mega Tickets are your only way to secure those for Saturday ride lovers!
📅 Weekdays = smaller crowds, easier parking, and more room to roam. **Insider tip - Kids night is Thursday, August 21st. If you’re planning to go more than one night - I suggest going any other weeknight besides kid’s night and doing the rides. Then we use our free passes from the Summer Reading Program and check out the rest of the fair on Thursday while allllll the kids are waiting in lines. You’re welcome ;)
Making Play More Inclusive at Charlie Daniels Park
Something really cool is in the works at Charlie Daniels Park — a wheelchair-accessible merry-go-round that will allow ALL kids to play together, side-by-side. Thanks to local mom Jennifer Etheridge and the nonprofit SW and Friends, the community is already halfway to the fundraising goal.
If you want to help make it happen, head to swandfriends.org to donate. Every little bit helps, and it’s such a great way to show that Mt. Juliet cares about creating space for everyone.

As the kids head off to school and Labor Day approaches, let’s take a look at the latest stats in the Mt. Juliet real estate market.
Our average sales price is up about 13% compared to July 2024, while months of supply has dipped roughly 4% (3.6 vs. 3.8). Limited inventory is still helping support higher sales prices, and with new listings only up about 3%, if more buyers enter the market, prices are likely to hold steady or continue climbing.
