Whataburger FINALLY Open!

Yesterday at 11 AM marked an historic day for the city of Mt. Juliet. Whataburger finally opened their doors for the public.

MJ getting a Texas Roadhouse?

This was a bit of info that was told to us over the holiday weekend. There’s no link to it, but through a very high up resource, we were told this is in the works. Obviously nothing is confirmed until it passes multiple layers of approval and permitting, but it’s in discussion. I know I know, MJ has sooo many restaurants already, but have you tasted those rolls or been up on the saddle for your birthday?!

Shhhhh, Don’t Tell.

Have you heard of Don't Tell Comedy? It's a uniquely exciting way to enjoy live comedy, and it's coming to Mt. Juliet on Saturday, July 13. Did you know just down the road from Mt. Juliet we have a fantastic water park? Nashville Shores offers thrilling slides, a wave pool, lazy river, and even a MERMAID! Meet and swim with Mermaid Sabrina Rose every Monday in July at Barefootin’ Bay from 11 am to 1 pm. Enjoy mermaid games and prizes (while supplies last). This event is included with a season pass or day admission.

So, what’s the real estate market in Mt. Juliet doing? Depending on who you ask, you might get a different answer. Notice your neighbor's "For Sale" sign sticking around longer than it did a couple of years ago? The market has definitely slowed down over the past few months, but prices are still holding strong. In fact, the median sales price in Mt. Juliet is up 6% compared to June of last year. However, new listings are down 14%, keeping us in a limited inventory market, which helps prices remain steady. There's a lot to unpack when it comes to real estate, and anyone can cherry-pick stats to tell the story they want. If you're curious about what our market is doing, feel free to reach out anytime.
