🐝MJ Real Estate Update🐝
Home affordability is at an all-time low due to skyrocketing prices and rising interest rates. Over the past four years, home prices in major U.S. cities have surged by 77%. However, the tide is shifting. Inventory has increased by 40% from last year, leading to more price cuts and contract cancellations. In June, nearly 20% of homes for sale had a price reduction, the highest for any June on record. If you’re planning to sell, understanding current activity is crucial for setting the right price and achieving the best return on your property. For personalized advice or to discuss how these changes might impact your plans, feel free to reach out!
