🐝MJ Real Estate Update🐝

In Mt. Juliet, homes are staying on the market longer, but the average purchase price has increased year-over-year compared to this time last year. Why? New construction. Despite homes sitting on the market 35% longer than last year, purchase prices haven’t decreased. New construction is offering buyers huge incentives, like closing cost contributions, rate buy-downs, and free upgrades, making it very appealing to buy now. This keeps the market dynamic and competitive, even with longer listing times. If you have any more questions about the current market in Mt. Juliet or about new construction, please feel free to shoot me an email.
