Mt Juliet Help Center is needing BACKPACKS as they prepare for their annual Backpack & School Supply Giveaway. They are needing smaller ones for younger kids, bigger ones for older students, with good quality so that they last as long as possible. Are you familiar with an assumable mortgage? Let's face it, no one is happy about the current rates buyers are facing, but if you know what to look for, there is still a way to find those 3% or 4% rates. It's called an assumable mortgage, and it involves you taking on the loan from the current seller. Right now, I'm helping a buyer who has located a property he will live in, and the difference between the loan balance and the purchase price is actually LESS than 20% down on other homes he has looked at. Now, there are a lot of details surrounding assumable mortgages, and they won't work for everyone. However, if you can do one and work with an agent who knows how to find them, it could be a great opportunity for you to secure a very low-interest rate. If you would like more info on assumable loans or receive a link to all the homes currently active in Mt. Juliet with assumable loans, just give me a shout.
