🐝MJ Real Estate Update

Looking at the Mt. Juliet market this week, Months of Supply is essentially unchanged compared to this time last year. While active inventory is higher, we’re not seeing an increase in new listings—those numbers are also virtually flat year-over-year. With inventory still not keeping pace with buyer demand, it's unlikely we'll see prices drop anytime soon—especially with interest rates holding steady where they are.
