Costco Is Here
Costco is finally having its grand opening this Thursday. Should we all tailgate it like a college football game?
AAA rating for MJ
MJ becomes only 1 of 6 cities in the state of TN to achieve this credit rating. We aren’t going to pretend to know the ins and outs of what this means exactly, but hats off to the leaders of MJ to achieve this. Maybe it means a town square is in the works? Give the people what we want!
Food Truck Thursdays are back
Each Thursday from now through Oct there will be food trucks at the Charlie Daniels Park from 4-730. This is the stuff we want to see. Bring the kiddos!

Nashville Fire vs Metro Police Basketball Game - June 7th - 7 PM
Get ready for an epic showdown! The James Bess Foundation presents the 2024 April Mania Basketball Championship at Green Hill High School. Watch the Nashville Fire Department take on the Metro Nashville Police Department in an exciting game to raise funds for a great cause. Entry is just $5, and kids 5 and under get in free!
Back to the Future Movie Night - June 7th - 8:15 PM
Great Scott! It's movie night! Head to Charlie Daniels Park for a screening of "Back to the Future" at the park amphitheater. Bring your own blanket or chairs, and enjoy concessions available for purchase.
Fun in the Sun Community Event - June 8th - 1 PM - 4 PM
Enjoy live music, relay races, a dunk tank, yard games, a video gaming truck, adoptable animals from the Mt. Juliet Animal Shelter, food trucks, local vendors, and more! This event is family-friendly and FREE!
Symphony on the Lawn - June 8th - 7:30 PM
Did you know every summer the Nashville Symphony takes the show on the road throughout Middle Tennessee with free summer park concerts? This weekend, they'll be in Lebanon at Cumberland University. Enjoy food trucks, an instrument petting zoo, and come early to hear Camp Fame students perform starting at 6 PM!
Family Fun Bingo at Gladeville Community Center - June 10th 6 PM - 8 PM
BINGO! Looking for a family fun game night? Check out bingo at the Gladeville Community Center. Doors open at 5:15 PM, and the game starts at 6 PM. Concessions available - kids 12 and under play free.

🐝Volunteer Opportunity 🐝
Lantern Lane Farm is seeking volunteers to assist with animal care, grounds maintenance, barn upkeep, facility maintenance, and mulching tasks. Join them on Volunteer Day, scheduled for Saturday, July 13th, 2024. Their mission is to provide restorative and compassionate care to individuals in need of emotional, spiritual, and physical healing through traditional and experiential counseling services in a peaceful setting.
Saturday, July 13th - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Mt Juliet Help Center offers this program to help fill in those gaps. Other needs this week are OATMEAL PACKETS, RICE, BOXED PASTA, CANNED BEEF STEW, CANNED TOMATO SAUCE, TAMPONS & PADS, DEODORANT (WOMEN/MEN) and BABY WIPES. Drop off your contributions at the Mt Juliet Help Center during the hours of 8:30 - 12:30 Monday - Friday. Thank you for your generosity!

While demand remains strong in certain price brackets, homes are staying on the market longer due to the recent increase in interest rates.
