Prepping For The Fourth

Other needs this week are JELLY, INSTANT POTATOES, BOXED PASTA, CANNED CHILI, CANNED WHITE BEANS, CANNED KIDS’ PASTA, SUGAR & FLOUR, and SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM ITEMS. Drop off your contributions at the Mt Juliet Help Center during the hours of 8:30 - 12:30 Monday - Friday, but please make sure you do not just drop off on the porch! Thank you for your generosity!

Currently, the Mt. Juliet real estate market has just under 3 months of inventory. While this may still seem extremely low, it represents a 39% increase year-over-year. Around this time last year, there were 160 active listings; now, there are approximately 223. Although we are not yet in a balanced market, we are beginning to see more opportunities for buyers, even with the higher interest rates experienced in 2024. If you have any questions about the Mt.
