Lots of buzz lately around whether we’re shifting to a buyer’s market—especially with national headlines like Miami having 3x more sellers than buyers. But what about here in Mt. Juliet?

Inventory is up about 47% from last year, but new listings are actually down. Homes are sitting longer, which is causing active inventory to slowly build. That said—we’re still under 4 months of inventory, and there are only about 40 active listings under $425K.
