🐝 Sponsorship - Get your business in front of hundreds of MJ locals. 🐝
Good morning, Mt Juliet. First Sprouts news, then a state of the art sports and rec center in the works, and now the Northern Lights?! MJ is on the map folks! The only thing that would push us over the edge now is a local steak house…One can dream.
In today’s mt juliet buzz:
🐝Northern Lights comes to MJ
🐝MJ Alerts - and why you should opt in for them
🐝Costco Update
Ladies and gentlemen….let’s get to it!

🐝MJ Alerts
For those that did not know, MJ offers a mass emergency notification system for all things news, announcements, and emergencies. SUPER useful when needing to know when to avoid certain roads because of a wreck, severe weather headed our way and when a train with dangerous chemicals spills…remember that?
🐝Costco Updates!
Rumor has it that the fuel station for Costco opens this Saturday, May 18th! You can still sign up for an early membership on site at the store, and for the next week you can still walk into their temporary location on Mt Juliet Rd, next to the Mattress Firm (and actually in the same location that housed BJ memberships.) and also at City Hall this Thursday from 8 AM - 5 PM. Ribbon cutting and grand opening will be June 6th. If you’ve been driving across town as a member at another location, reply with your favorite find so we’ll know what to grab when we start browsing.
🐝Did you catch the Northern Lights?
Apparently, there was a G4 geometric storm, which allowed us to be able to see the Northern Lights…My first question would be what the heck is a geometric storm? Haven’t we had enough storms this past week? Any storm that brings the Northern Lights, though, we’re okay with. Send us any impressive photos you were able to capture, and we’ll share them on our Instagram and Facebook stories.
Watch this video to learn more about why we could see them.

🐝Local Expert Health Tip🐝
This week's health tip comes from Aaron Payne, owner of NashFit Coaching.
“Starting your day with a morning workout can set a positive tone for the entire day, energizing your body and sharpening your mind. By prioritizing exercise first thing, you not only ensure it gets done, but you also kickstart your metabolism and enhance mental clarity, preparing you to tackle the day’s challenges more effectively. This early activity encourages healthier eating choices and can improve overall mental acuity, helping you to stay focused and productive.”

🐝MJ Real Estate Update🐝
While the days on market in Mt Juliet have seen a slight increase in recent weeks, the resilience of home prices remains steadfast, showing no signs of decline despite the recent spike in interest rates. If you have more questions about the Mt Juliet market or anywhere else in middle TN, shoot me an email. I'd love the opportunity to earn your business.
-John Hitch with Benchmark Realty LLC
The Fed is eyeing inflation as a huge factor for when to cut rates. But did you know they are also eyeing unemployment? That is a huge determining factor for inflation. I predict no rate cuts this year. Hopefully I am wrong.
