One Year of the Buzz

What an absolute thrill it is to celebrate our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of bringing you the mt juliet buzz each Tuesday morning! We really didn’t know what we were in for this time last year, but we knew there was a need to have a unified voice in our community, and a way to share the really cool, really awesome, really amazing stuff that happens each week. The Front Porch Cafe - 106 Winwood Dr, Lebanon - Community gathering place with specialty coffee and unique homemade foods. Soft opening in late May!

The Plaza at Five Oaks - This plan for 16.5 acres on Lebanon Rd will include a central plaza and greenspace as well as dedicated areas for entertainment, farmers markets and seasonal events. Plans are to open in 2026.

Now that April is behind us, let’s take a look at how last month’s numbers stack up against April 2024.

Sales prices are up 2% year-over-year, showing steady appreciation. Active inventory has increased significantly—up 44%—while new listings remain nearly flat with just a 1% increase. Months of inventory continues trending toward a more balanced market, now sitting at approximately 3.75 months, which is a 45% increase from this time last year. While progress is being made, it’s not quite a fully balanced market just yet.
