We’ve definitely had a lot of April showers — the question is, will they bring May flowers? While we wait to see what happens, here’s a quick update on the Mt. Juliet market. Overall inventory is substantially up compared to this time last year, however, new listings are actually down around 10%. Months of supply continue to stay low but are slightly higher than this time last year and the average sales price is up around 4%.
