Big news, friends—those three empty spots (Leon’s Deli, Maniacs, and Peach Cobbler) aren’t staying empty for long. They’re coming together as one new sit-down spot called Tholos Mediterranean Restaurant. No link yet, but don’t worry—we’ll keep you posted as soon as we get more info 🫡

Truleigh LOADED…

A few weeks ago, we shared that Truleigh Scrumptious was closing its café to focus on catering—and now we’ve heard from a trusted source that a loaded tea spot - Blended - is moving in! You know we’ll spill more details as soon as we get them.

Dive Bar Transformed

An old dive bar on Lebanon Rd. has been completely revamped into a family-friendly sports bar—Pooky Janes Kitchen & Pub - now open and ready for you! Located in Old Hickory between Hermitage and Mt. Juliet (next to Mister Car Wash and Sir Pizza), they’re serving lunch, dinner, pool, and $5 kids meals, plus happy hour from 3–7 on weekdays. Sweet, curious, and always down for an adventure—Olive is the kind of loyal pup who’ll stick by your side no matter what. She’s a smart girl who loves exploring outside just as much as she loves cuddling on the couch. Olive is about 5 years old, roughly 55 lb, and loves to play with kids and other animals.

She does have a small tumor that will be removed before adoption, but she’s ready for her forever home and lots of love.

The average sales price is up about 4% year over year, now sitting around $632K. But here’s where it gets interesting… while new listings are actually down 9%, active listings are up a whopping 48% compared to this time last year. What does that tell us? Homes are staying on the market a bit longer, and months of supply is up 15%, now at 2.7. This is still considered a seller-favored market, but with more options popping up, buyers finally have some breathing room—and that’s a shift we haven’t seen in a while.
