MJ Man in Space Update

After nearly 10 months in space, Mt. Juliet’s own Barry “Butch” Wilmore is finally one step closer to getting a ride home! On March 14th, SpaceX launched a new crew to the ISS. Wilmore and his crewmate are set to return to Earth TODAY on March 18th (this is accurate as of the time we hit publish- but things change quickly!). Talk about a long wait for an Uber! Pet Chauffeurs Needed! Pet Chauffeurs make fostering with Pawster possible. If you have a vehicle (and a driver’s license), then you’re ready to help pick up and drop off pets at vet appointments, foster homes, grooming sessions, and – best of all – reunite pets with their families.

Pawster provides a brief training to safely transport dogs and cats, and then you will be added to the roster of Pet Chauffeurs. When a transport need arises, we text you with the request. Currently, the average days on market (DOM) in Mt. Juliet sits around 50 days, but if you focus on homes that closed under $400K in the last three months, that number drops to 35 days. What does that mean? Homes in the $300K-$400K range are selling about two weeks faster than the rest of the market. With more buyers competing in this price range, getting ahead of the competition is key.
