New Hitting Facility and Golf Simulator Coming to Town

X Golf Hermitage is coming to Hermitage this Spring off Lebanon Pike. Keep an eye on their Facebook and Instagram as they continue their construction and announce updates. Current concept includes cutting-edge golf simulators in a vibrant sports bar atmosphere. Sounds like a good time to us!

Infinite Hitting Nashville - new baseball and softball hitting facility coming to Mt Juliet on Industrial Drive. It’s also anticipating a Spring opening - so keep an eye on their Facebook and Instagram for more information.

Joann Closing - Target Coming To Lebanon

Another big box bites the dust. Reports came out last week that the Joann’s Fabric Store in Providence will be closing in the coming weeks, along with 12 other locations in TN. Click here for more information.

As shared last week, Bargain Hunt is marking down its items for its upcoming closure, as well as Big Lots and Party City in our sister cities, Hermitage and Lebanon.

The one big box that was announced to be OPENING in Lebanon, will be a new Target. And don’t forget, Sams Club and another Walmart is also in the process of coming to Lebanon as well (making it the trifecta of a Sam’s Club, BJs AND Costco all in Wilson County).

There’s no link to the info just yet…but word on the street as of Monday evening, is that the Tim Horton’s at the Golden Bear Shell Station at 2001 Golden Bear Gateway is now OPEN. We’re not from up north.. so we can’t confirm the hype…but we’re told it’s good.

🐝Volunteer Opportunity

Valentine’s Day reminded us how sweet it is to give—and now you can keep that spirit going by helping Midwest Food Bank serve our community!

Every month, Midwest Food Bank distributes over $100,000 worth of food to nonprofit pantries across Middle Tennessee—from right here in Mt. Juliet. Volunteers help make it happen by pushing carts, keeping records, and loading food into trucks. The morning starts at 7:45 AM with a quick team huddle, and by 11:30 AM, you’re done—just in time for a free lunch!

If you’re looking for a hands-on way to give back, this is it! Wear closed-toe shoes, dress for the warehouse temperature, and bring gloves if you’re helping load. Find a spot to volunteer by clicking here - because a little time can make a big impact.

Mt. Juliet remains a strong seller’s market, but buyers are finding new opportunities as conditions shift. The average sales price is $658,000, up 1% year-over-year, showing home values are holding steady. Homes are selling faster, with days on market down 32% to just 27 days. Inventory has grown, with 4.3 months of supply—a 22% increase—though still below the threshold for a buyer’s market. However, new listings are down 7% compared to January 2024, keeping competition for available homes strong.
