Finally Some FUN!

Have you heard the glorious, wonderful, very needed news? A FUN attraction is finally making its way to MJ! Slick City will be built in Legacy Point near Costco in 2026! The action park that will include HUGE indoor slides, air courts, junior play areas, go-karts, mini golf and more. Man…this feels like something that we’ve all been requesting for quite some time. (Along with a community pool… more to come on that soon.. iykyk)

Bargain Hunt Closing

Life Options Network is a 501c3 set up to support mothers and struggling families. They had their grand opening this past Thursday and are located at 15297 Lebanon Rd, Old Hickory, TN 37138. They are currently accepting donations to stock the store, which will in turn be a free resource to those families in need.

If you have any lightly used/clean baby items, 0-5T clothes, baby furniture (bassinets, pack n plays, high chairs) toys, kids books, maternity clothes or unused car seats or unopened/unexpired formula please bring them by the store. DONATIONS MAY BE DROPPED OFF ON WEDNESDAYS FROM 9AM - 2PM. Thank you for your generosity!

January saw a 1% increase in the average sales price compared to January 2024. As the market continues to adjust to higher interest rates and more inventory gradually becomes available, we can expect a return to more traditional, steady growth. Keep an eye on this Wednesday, as the release of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) could introduce some market volatility. The CPI is one of the key measures of inflation, which directly impacts interest rates. Right now, it's especially important as investors look for signs that inflation is moving closer to the Fed’s 2% target after hovering just above 3% last summer.
