The act of “Elfing” caught on through our local hip groups on Facebook and had people spreading cheer all week long! People would drop a goody bag in a hidden location and would share a picture as a clue. Then whoever found it was asked to post what was inside. The real estate market in Mt. Juliet is showing some interesting trends as we head into the holidays. The average sales price has increased by 18% compared to November 2023, now sitting at $664,914. Homes are also spending a bit more time on the market, with the average days on market up 49% to 33 days. On the bright side, inventory is looking better, with months of supply rising by 53%, now at 4.3 months.
