🐝Business Spotlight

Meet Nishann LaNata

I’m all about developing Women’s Wealth Journeys and elevating business owners’ financials- in the business and at home. Whether you’re building your career, at the top of your game, or preparing for the next chapter, I’m here to help you navigate the complex world of wealth management. My approach is simple: I focus on crafting personalized strategies that reflect your priorities—whether that’s family, travel, or giving back.

As a military and first responder spouse (my husband is proudly with MJPD), I understand the need for balance, purpose, and protection, both in life and finances. I’m passionate about working with people who care deeply about their communities and legacies, ensuring that their financial plans are built on the values they hold closest.

My work goes beyond just managing numbers—I’m here to listen, advocate, and create a plan that aligns with your life. Whether it’s planning for retirement, growing your wealth, or making sure your estate reflects your generosity, I take the time to truly understand your goals. Coming from “humble beginnings” as others call it, I understand how finances can burden the soul, blur your vision, distract you from the most important things in life: your people and your true value. It’s so easy to compare to others who look like they have it all figured out. Together, we’ll make sure your finances work for you, giving you the feeling of freedom to live the life you want.

I believe financial planning is about more than just security—it’s about creating a future that’s intentional, impactful, and fully aligned with who you are.

🐝Volunteer Opportunity

We are so excited to share about Dreams and Wishes of Tennessee, a 501(c)(3) non-profit wish granting organization that grants wishes to individuals between the ages of 5-21 who have relapsed from cancer. Individuals may also be eligible if they have reached their 18th birthday and not yet had a wish from another Wish Granting organization.

They have a special fundraising opportunity as their friends at the Dancing Lights of Christmas have donated tickets to help grant wishes. 100% of these ticket sales go towards granting wishes to local kids battling cancer. Make a $20 donation via PayPal or Venmo to Dreams and Wishes of TN, and your ticket to the Dancing Lights will be mailed to you - that’s a $15 savings! *Please be sure to include your mailing address in your payment info so tickets can be mailed to you. If you’d rather pick up your tickets in person, you can do so at The Catio, located at 2416 Music Valley Dr. *Only cash is accepted for in person tickets.

There’s a limited number of tickets left, so act fast! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Tanya at [email protected].

🐝MJ Real Estate Update

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on blessings, time with our family, and the memories we make. It’s also a reminder of the importance of finding the right space to build memories in. Maybe this year you’ve realized your current home feels a little too tight to host that big dinner, or perhaps you're hoping that your home will soon be the one to host future family gatherings. Whatever your needs may be, I’d love to help! Give me a shout, and we can chat about the homes available in and around Mt Juliet. Wishing everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving and a joyful start to the Christmas season!
