🐝MJ Real Estate Update
It’s that time to check in on what the Mt. Juliet real estate market is doing, so let’s break down what October looks like. New listings are up around 17% from October 2024, along with the average selling price. While homes may be selling for more, they’re also sitting longer. Active inventory is up roughly 31% compared to last year, and it will be interesting to see if that number continues to rise as we move into the “slower” real estate season around the holidays.
If you have any questions about the real estate market here in Mt Juliet or anywhere else in Middle TN, feel free to reach out. I'd love the opportunity to earn your business!
