Well, here we are – the election is behind us, and I’ve heard from many folks who were “waiting until after the election” to make a move in the real estate market. Now that we’ve crossed that milestone and we’ve seen another Fed rate cut by 25 basis points, bringing the range to 4.5% to 4.75%, the big question is: Are we going to see an uptick in buyer activity?

It’s still a little early to say, but if you've been keeping an eye on other markets, things are starting to trend up and there’s definitely a sense of optimism. If buyer confidence continues to rise, coupled with an increase in buying power due to lower rates, we could see a boost in activity, especially during a time that’s traditionally slower in real estate.
