As we recognize Veterans Day this week, we want to take a moment to thank all the brave men and women in our Mt Juliet community who have served our country. Your courage, dedication, and sacrifice inspire us and remind us of what makes this town so special. If you see a veteran this week, take a moment to say thank you.

As we honor our veterans this week, we’re also reminded of the everyday heroes who serve our community right here at home. Our friends at Restore Hyper Wellness are showing their appreciation by offering a free service to all first responders, Mt. Juliet city employees, and Wilson County Schools staff throughout the month as part of their Everyday Heroes campaign. It’s a small way to give back to the people who give so much—so if you know someone who fits the bill, please share this with them and help spread the word.

This Thanksgiving, our community is coming together to make sure no one goes without a meal. Two local events are offering opportunities to give or receive—so whether you’d like to volunteer, donate, or share with a family in need, please help spread the word and support our neighbors this season.
