šMJ Real Estate Update
The average days on market here in Mt. Juliet are slightly down compared to last month. However, this isnāt necessarily due to the ālowerā interest rates your neighbor might have mentioned. In fact, rates have recently peaked to their highest level since late July. Weāve seen a shift from being close to 6% in mid-September to nearly 7% today for top-tier 30-year fixed scenarios with the average lender. Despite this, inventory in Mt. Juliet remains just below three months, indicating weāre still in a seller's market. As a result, home prices are likely to remain strong, even as we enter what is typically considered the slower season for real estate.
If you have any questions about the real estate market here in Mt. Juliet or anywhere else in Middle TN, feel free to reach out. I'd love the opportunity to earn your business!
