Giving the People What They Want!

Bravo to East Nashville Beer Works - Wilson County and Prost & Riot for hearing what we needed and giving it to us! Both these restaurants offer an amazing and safe dining experience for families to bring their kids to enjoy. What better weather could we ask for to go out and enjoy them with right now?? Let’s be sure to share our excitement with them by going out and supporting them!

Trunk or Treats

🐝MJ Real Estate Update

The average days on market here in Mt. Juliet are slightly down compared to last month. However, this isn’t necessarily due to the “lower” interest rates your neighbor might have mentioned. In fact, rates have recently peaked to their highest level since late July. We’ve seen a shift from being close to 6% in mid-September to nearly 7% today for top-tier 30-year fixed scenarios with the average lender. Despite this, inventory in Mt. Juliet remains just below three months, indicating we’re still in a seller's market. As a result, home prices are likely to remain strong, even as we enter what is typically considered the slower season for real estate.

If you have any questions about the real estate market here in Mt. Juliet or anywhere else in Middle TN, feel free to reach out. I'd love the opportunity to earn your business!
