🏡 JUST SOLD IN MT. JULIET!

This week, we officially closed on this beautiful Mt. Juliet home for my sellers, who are getting ready for an exciting new chapter in a new area!

In a market where homes are taking longer to sell, having the right pricing and marketing strategy matters more than ever. We worked together to find that sweet spot and ultimately attracted a buyer who absolutely LOVED the home!

I'm incredibly grateful to my sellers for trusting me throughout the process, and I couldn't be happier for everyone involved.

If you've been thinking about selling your home or simply have questions about the current Mt. Juliet real estate market, I'd love to be a resource. Feel free to reach out to me anytime!
