🐝MJ Real Estate Update
September Market
Was September just an off month for Mt. Juliet, or are we starting to see a shift in the market?
For the first time in months, the average sales price in September dropped below $600,000. Interestingly, the number of closed transactions was up—rising from 109 to 120. My guess is that this was simply an unusual month, especially since the average list price also dipped. However, current active listings are averaging over $700,000, which suggests the higher-end market remains strong. I’m not making any bold claims just yet, but I’ll be watching closely and will share another update at the end of the month once we see how October’s numbers shake out.
If you have any questions about the real estate market here in Mt Juliet or anywhere else in Middle TN, feel free to reach out. I'd love the opportunity to earn your business!
