🐝Volunteer Opportunity

As we all go through our January purging of gently used clothes and household items, let’s consider donating them to the Mt Juliet Senior Activity Center. Your donations will be sold at their Indoor Yard Sale (in March) and proceeds will be used to help provide funding for activities like exercise classes and games for all their members.

Donations can be dropped off at the Center’s reception area at 2034 North Mount Juliet Rd, Monday - Friday 9AM - 2:30PM (The entrance is at the back of the building). If you have any questions please call 615-758-9114. Thanks for your help and support!

As we continue to monitor the real estate market here in Mt. Juliet, a few key points stand out. The months of supply have increased by about 13% year-over-year, bringing us to roughly 3.5 months of inventory—still short of the 5-6 months needed for a balanced market. Additionally, total inventory is up 31% compared to last year, with 248 active listings as of December 2024.

Interest rates saw an uptick at the end of last week, largely driven by today's highly anticipated jobs report. This report consistently has the potential to create volatility in interest rates, which we’re seeing reflected in the market.
